"Call"-app did vanish from the menu

My "Call"-app is gone from the menu and I don't know how to put it in the menu again without having it in an intelligent folder. I can search it, but I can't put it from the search into the menu again. I did restart my phone, but it didn't work. I don't want to restart all my settings, because it would delete all my contacts and I don't see the point why I have to do a lot of work, because of a stupid programming mistake. It shouldn't be that those apps are vanishing from nothing. I have the ZTE Firefox OS phone. I hope you can fix that.

Okay it is called Phone app actually. But as you can see it is'nt down there anymore where the other options are like settings and contacts. I did'nt put it in another section on the right or left side either... Hope these images and the extra information could help.

I don't know how, but the Phone app reappeared as I sorted my other apps in the menu. I would advise for any app that can be deleted by hand and vanish suprisingly, that those apps can be uninstalled under App permissions in the settings and have to be reinstalled again. Other solutions could be moving and sorting apps in the menu as I found out right now or making an intelligent folder, if you don't need to touch on it directly from the menu. You can also search for apps. My problem was a bit different, because the Phone App is a standard app and can't be deleted or reinstalled, but as it seems moving apps around does the job...
