I cant access to the preference , it show me an error message

So about:preferences is not working for you? How are you trying to access it; drop-down menu, menu bar, address bar?

It could be an add-on like Ghostery at play, see here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1040252 (solved).

PS. Note how the trouble started with malware. Malware is known to disable options and default functionality to mask itself.
