but in firefox via linux, I can't find option of encoding of ISO-8859-8.

Hebrew and Hebrew, Visual are both ISO-8859-8 (Or Windows-1255, which is almost the same). Anyway, you should never specify the encoding yourself, as it is should be done by the website itself.

You can find the Live Http Headers menu item in the Tools menu once the extension is installed.

The Headers tab shows all HTTP request and response headers, so you can check what encoding the server is sending.

Could you attach a screenshot that show a webpage to show us what kind of problem you have?

Each operating system has different set of bundled fonts. Fonts are different, but you can install the Core Fonts package (apt://msttcorefonts) which are fonts that are common on Windows, as well as install the Culmus fonts (apt://culmus) for additional yet original fonts.

Please note that this is not a Linux support forum but Mozilla Firefox support site. If you need help with Firefox, you are at the right place, but we this place is not dedicated for general Linux support.

Well, unless you clearly describe the problem and attach screenshots, I afraid I have nothing to do here.

About it Accept-Language:"he,he-IL;q=0.8,en-US;q=0.5,en;q=0.3" Accept-Encoding:"gzip, deflate" What does it mean?

The first request header is what languages the browser is willing to accept (i.e., what languages the user DOES understand, and their priorities).

The second header is the compression algorithms the browser supports.

Both headers have nothing to do with content encoding. You should look on the Content-Type response header. The attached screenshot show the Firefox built-in Network Panel content when loading this page. As you can see, the encoding of this page is Unicode UTF-8.
