How do I get cache files from old FF profiles?

I installed the CacheViewer extension, but even when I enter the search info that I'm looking for, it does not show what I need from my current profile.
Could the webpage I need be in the cache file from an old profile? When I open them, there isn't a cache file listed. I'm really confused on how to figure out if what I need is available. I need pages from 5/15/2015 and have not been able to locate them. I need to prove I was logged into a website at a certain time on that date.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Only profiles that are still in the default location will have their cache folder.
When you reset Firefox then only the main profile folder is moved to the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop and all files in the location used for the cache (C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\) are lost.
If you would want to keep such cache data then you need to use the Profile Manager to create a new profile and avoid using a refresh/reset.
