Switch a "Reply" to "Reply All" after beginning to compose a message?
I often hit "Reply" and start typing. Then I realize that I needed to reply all. I have to copy my text, close the message, reopen the previous message, hit "reply all" and paste the message back in. Gmail's regular interface let you switch a "reply" to "reply all" while composing the message. Does Thunderbird offer a similar feature?
