Like previous versions, 4.0 will not allow included graphics/pictures to be sent to recipients. How can this problem be solved??

I forward some emails that include in the body either photos or other graphics. The recipients (using various email systems) send it back (aka reply) that there is no included photo, yet theior reply displays the original. I had some success with previous firefox versions passing this through yahoo mail, but this no longer works either. This is a basic email function and I fail to understand why it persists with 4.0. Solutions???
