My "New Firefox Window" option in MAC OS X Finder disappeared

Hi there,

I have recently set up my new MacBook Air, running with OS 10.12. I don't see to have any issues running Firefox, but when I am running the application, I can't right click on the icon in my Dock and select "New Firefox Window" like I did on my old computer. I'm sure it's an easy solution, but do you know how to get that option back? The only way I can open a second window is if I right click a link in the application and select "open new window".

Do you know a solution?
