hey! ty for replying to me!.. ok,.. in this case a screen shot isnt needed! when i upgraded from firefox5.0 {june 2011} an updated to firefox9 the prob began! it seems firefox9 wrecked the internet connectivity so when i re-install 5.0 it wont connect to the net! no screen shot need guy!.. get back a.s.a.p. im at ghostr@shaw.ca id rather corrispond from my own inbox!!! jeffrey victoria bc canada

i have microsoft internet securirt suite its not on your list of anti virus programs to then be able to tell me how to deal with the firewall settings! i suggest you add it to your list then youll be able to tell me what i need to know also i dont need a link to an faq i find them eteranly teadiouss an anoying i have alread spent the greater part of 2 days trying to find the answers by looking in them to no avail!!
