Can't print a form that is within an iframe on a website

I go to this site: https://app.azdhs.gov/IDR/Forms/NewSchoolImmunizationForm.aspx and click the drop-down menu and select Kindergarten. Then an iframe opens within the page. I want to print out the content of that iframe but doing File > Print only prints what is OUTSIDE of the iframe. They have a little orange 'print' button on their site that doesn't work either.
