When I print from a website, the very top & bottom (header & footer) lines are gobbly-gook. Ie: page numbers and site address etc. How do I fix this?

I need to print out many things from the internet for my job, and on the very top and bottom of the pages, where there used to be information like: very top left would show the name of the site I was on, the very top right would show the website address I was on, the very bottom left would show what page number I was printing, the very bottom right would show the date & time, now it's just a bunch of indiscernible characters. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
