PLEASE HELP

I'm trying to access a site I need for school. It was working fine earlier today but for some reason in the last 5 hours I keep seeing this "An error occurred during a connection to learningtofilm.com. The OCSP response does not include a status for the certificate being verified. Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_OCSP_RESPONSE_FOR_CERT_MISSING The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Restarting computer did nothing Force quitting and restarting Firefox did nothing Turning off HTTPS mode only did nothing Firefox customer service on X doesn't give a rat's ass about helping me

  • The computer I'm using is a Macbook Air If that makes a difference

This is a problem with the OCSP response that the server is stapling on the response and in this case the OCSP response is missing.

Do you still get this error as the server might have fixed this by now ?

You can check the connection settings and check for possible issues with a Proxy or VPN service.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a Proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

I encountered this error before but it has started working for me now. Try reloading with Command+Shift+R.
