Hi guys. I've got a little problem. It seems that I subscribed a year of VPN service without creating a proper account. It went like that. I got access to the page and I've been asked to insert a @mozilla.com account. I don't have one so I pick a new name, thinking I would be asked to create a password later. That didn't happen, but the payment process went on. It looked kind of strange. After I have payed, when I got to my account the system asked me to type the name of the account, which I did, and the password, which before nobody asked me to create. Now I can't get access to this account, I can't go on and I can't even switch off the VPN service, and Mozilla is going to bill me again next year for a service I am not having access to. Someone could kindly help me? Thanks. Simona
