when i right-click mouse button, a small menu appeared. How can I add "video downloadhelper" there?

The video downloadhelper used to appear in that small menu, but it was gone in the latest version. How can I add it back? Thank you.

Please do read, as some want way to much permissions as not getting that info from the Browser any longer and some install other Context Menus also. If get Web Pages popping up all the time. Malware.
