Mac, 2nd monitor, Menu bar missing after update to 57., "customize" then "Toolbars" doesn't work because the Bookmarks Toolbar is the only one in that dropdown.

Updated to 57.0.1. I am on a mac and use two monitors (NOT mirrored). After installation the Menu bar was missing on second monitor (it displays fine on laptop but not second monitor). It was working fine up to this Firefox update so I don't believe it's a laptop setting that is wrong.

I have tried going into Customize and then clicking on Toolbars but the only option there is for the Bookmark toolbar. That seems to be the only suggestion I can find on this entire site and it doesn't address my problem. Yes, I've tried Restore Defaults, I've tried restarting Firefox, I've tried lots of things suggested on this Support site for the last 45 minutes and found nothing but frustration.

Can you please help me with whatever short and concise solution I can't seem to find on your site?
