Can't install Quantum. End up with "The instruction at 0x3fe494e referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read" error

more options

I uninstalled Firefox 56. Have downloaded Firefox Quantum and I get that error every time it opens or runs. Sometimes the referenced memory number changes slightly. -Things I have done: -uninstalled Firefox 56 -Uninstalled Firefox 57 (4 times now, complete uninstalls, including with Revo uninstaller) -Done several "clean" installs of Firefox 57

I'm at a loss at this point as to what to do.
