From the 'Launch Pad' clicked on icon for Weather.com, and the above error appears under 'Missing Web Runtiime Files '. I checked & have the latest 49.01 version of Firefox & also ran a 'Health Report'....any solutions?

What is the Weather.com ? A program, add-on . . . . . Remove that program, then re-install a fresh download.
