How do I get rid of findwide

Firefox is my browser of choice, however, findwide has taken it by storm. I have tried all of the means at my disposal to eliminate it, but nothing works. No matter what I set my home page to findwide takes that spot. I've uninstalled firefox, including my personal info, but when I reinstall findwide is still there. I have deleted it anywhere I found it on my computer. I don't know where it came from to eliminate that program, too.
