Trying to change p/word in g/mail. The first step is to click on the GEAR TOOL ICON in the upper right hand screen of my tool bar. The HOME ICON and this AVG TRACKING ICON do appear. The GEAR TOOL ICON appears on my microsoft home screen, but I prefer Firefox. Please help.

Firefox doesn't use a "gear" icon for tools, it has a Tools menu item or an Options menu item under the Firefox button.
