Accessibility Issue. I usemhigh contrast in IE but in Firefox I get Blue on Black and cannot see anything.

I just downloaded Firefox. When I use IE I have high contrast large print which appears as white print on a black background. In Firefox I get a lot of subject headings printed in blue on a black background which is unreadable to me.
