Firefox keeps running in the Windows Task Manager even after Exit and holds onto so much memory that it affects other applications. firefox.exe must be manually Ended in the Windows Task Manager. Is there a software patch that will force release of memory and all computer resources that Firefox was using, once it is Exited?
