I keep getting error message

A couple of days ago I started getting error message stopping me from sending my emails. The message is as follows:

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: stray newline detected. see http://cr.yp.to/docs/smtplf.html. Please check the message and try again.

I have not been able to fix the issue.

I can receive emails OK, but can't send as the above error reading stops the send

Hope you can assist in solving the problem. Note: fixing computer issues is somewhat of a challenge.

Same here. The last day I know sending mail worked was 8/3. I've spent two days trying to figure out how to downgrade to 91.11.
