RE: move the delete button to the top or bottum of the list The menu items are specified in the source code. So unless you are a programmer I would suggest that option is not really an option.

Alternative option when using either right click on email in list to see context menu OR via 'Edit' on toolbar to see drop down list.

• When context menu appears as a drop down, press 'D' key on keyboard.

Other options to delete which are quicker than using context menus.

In an opened email:

• Use the 'Delete' button located in the email header area.

If you do not see this 'Delete' button:

• right click in the header area and select 'Customise'
• Then drag 'Delete' button onto the header toolbar

OR

• click on 'Restore default set'

• click on 'Done' to close 'customise' window.

To delete email whether opened or not:

• Select email in list and press the 'Delete' key on keyboard.

The Delete Message context-menu command can be moved to the top (or anywhere else) by drag and drop using Menu Wizard (see picture).
