I have installed adove flash, vlc 2.2.1 but site shows plugin required. I am unable to view the contents. The screen shot is enclosed. Please help to identify which plugin is needed.

Seems the screenshot has not been enclosed properly. So can you please specify, on what website do you see this problem and what's the exact text of the "error" message you see?
