How can I download a version that is compatible with Norton ID Safe

I downloaded the most recent version of Firefox V36 on my new laptop and Norton ID Safe is not compatible. I rely on ID Safe and cannot use a browser without it. I then download V35 and got the same results, although I have V35 on my desktop machine and IT IS compatible with ID Safe. How can I revise V35 on my laptop to make it compatible or download the most recent version that will be compatible.

It is not Firefox that is made compatible with the version you have but the other way.
