For several days now we haven't been able to browse at all in Mozilla Firefox... we instead get a small box saying couldn't load, and several capital letters with a couple numbers, we haven't had any problems with trying to get on Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome.... but, you see, Firefox is our main browser with years of important bookmarks on it... so, could you help us get back on Firefox, as well as not cause us to loose ALL the bookmarks to do this? We have no idea how this happened... we never uninstalled Mozilla... we wouldn't do that... HELP us please... we love your browser startup page. It's home to us. Thanks Janine and Steven Rennebu
