ever since i updated to firefox 13,i cant get any videos to play correctly. they stop or plause threw the whole videos,plus my adobe flash crashes all the time.

You can first try to update to the latest Flash 11.3.300.262 version.
You can find the latest Flash player for Firefox on this page.
If you can't get Flash 11.3 to work then you can try to revert to Flash 11.2. You can download the Flash 11.2 player via this direct link:

You need to uninstall the Flash 11.3 version if you downgrade Flash.
