I am unable to open mozilla. It says restore session. If I try to open a new tab it says mozilla not responding. I am able to get on the internet through internet explorer and if I switch users I am able to get on mozilla through another users.

hi,

I think opening a new tab doesn't work because Firefox maybe waiting for an input / action. Try choosing either Restore session or Start New Session before proceeding. Restore session will try to restore your tabs / sites which were open when Firefox crashed and Start new session forgets that info and will try to open a new empty tab or your homepage.
