Why can I not recover my Firefox Help support account?
Has this Firefox support website ever had to reset every user's password? I have an account by the name of 'PatPeter' that I can no longer access. I have tried every one of my common passwords as well as every possible e-mail address for recovery. I have received no e-mail and cannot log in.

Accounts that haven't been used for a long time have been deactivated (removed) to cleanup the database.
You can try to post on the Contributors forum to get the attention of a forum Administrator.

Check your Email accounts to see if you previously received any email from this forum.

That was the first thing I did when I logged into my e-mail accounts mha007; the only e-mails I found were from Bugzilla.
Thanks cor-el, that answered my question. I only wish that after deleting it, they had freed up the username so I could just re-register with it. I'll have to be careful not to lose this account or I'll have run out of usernames!
