The Ctrl + Enter shortcut to add the www and the com to a URL is not working. Neither is the Enter button to go to a website. I always have to click the green arrow in the address bar to access any URL instead of only pressing Enter on the keyboard.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
