I see that you are coming out with firefox 4 beta. My suggestion is to have all those menu and toolbars at the top be hideable - like windows taskbar. you could replace them with tabs across the top for each menu/tool bar and have it drop open when the cursor goes over the top and drop closed when it's not.

Why not look at what has happened, you can try out the 4 beta yourself. Already with Firefox3.6 on Windows the toolbars etc are hideable. You may be interested in some of the changes in firefox version 4 such as:
