I am unable to add more bookmarks to my bookmarks toolbar. I tried dragging the icon and highlighting and dragging the url. Neither is working. It worked a few days ago and I still have 6 up there from then but cannot add new ones. Why not?

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
