I was trying to organize unsorted bookmarked pages into folders I'd created. I then deleted each unsorted bookmark. Somehow all the pages I'd dragged into folders, AND all the pages that were already in each folder, have disappeared. All my folders are EMPTY!! Where is my research? What did I do wrong?

You can recover your bookmark backups by following the steps at the bottom of Lost bookmarks. Just pick a date from before you accidentally deleted these.

Firefox is super. Firefox bookmarks idea is lame, inferior, irritating, degrading and is the reason why I'm switching back to Internet Explorer. Shame.
