On the top of my internet screen i only have half a persona and the other half is just black

Whenever I open up my internet I only have half a persona It is fine down the bottom but up the top of where the toolbar etc are there is only half a persona and the top half is just black(I have changed the colour several times and thought the problem was related to this but still have not figured it out!!)

Maybe a problem with that particular persona. Did you try another persona to see if that has the same problem?
