The Thunderbird email client does not use the Mozilla Accounts. What Mozilla Accounts are used for (used to be called Firefox Account). https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account

This support.mozilla.org site uses Mozilla Account to login. If the email was about the Mozilla Account you are using to post this thread then you should be fine now as you have logged in to the Mozilla Account before the date.
