Thunderbird help
SInce Last August I been unablke to access one of my email accounts using Thunderbird.
I have several accounts and I been changing the passwords of my GMAIL accounts due to privacy concerns.
I am able to change the password and use the accounts of all my emails besides one that keeps saying "Login to server imap.googlemail.com with username ecinstallationsltd@gmail.com failed"
It is also hapenning to a second email account now too.
This is very frustrating as I am unable to view and respond to my emails using your platform. How can I fix this so it stops and starts to work correctly.
Please I need help with this.

Change the incoming to imap.gmail.com on 993, SSL/TLS, OAuth2 authentication, User Name = email address; outgoing to smtp.gmail.com on 465, SSL/TLS, OAuth2 authentication, User Name = email address. Remove the passwords from Saved Passwords in Preferences, and check that cookies are accepted in TB Preferences/Privacy & Security, then restart TB and enter the working password in the OAuth window to allow access.
I have tried this not sure if I followed exactly as it was a bit confusing. Not even sure how to restart Thunderbird even. I still cannot access my emails with this account
TIA
The Server settings are under Tools/Account Settings, Server Settings, for the incoming and in Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom of the left pane of Account Settings. Saved Passwords and cookie settings are in Preferences/Privacy & Security.
You restart TB by closing it and opening it.
