Hi there, I am writing because I have reset my Mozilla Firefox's password because I have installed new window in my laptop, I wasn't aware of recovery key, so upon resetting of password, I have lost my bookmarks and passwords, so my question is, is there any way to recover my data by contacting support or anyway, book marks and passwords are very important

Please see the following the article on how to recover your bookmarks. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-lost-or-missing-bookmarks

And did you enable Sync? If so your bookmarks and passwords aren't lost.

If you were talking about the sync account, that data was removed.

If you were talking about the Primary (Master) Password, all passwords would have been removed.
