The problem with answering you is the forum requires more than two characters in the reply. And seriously getting impatient after 4 hours on a volunteer forum is not really having a reasonable expectation of the attention you will be getting.

Thunderbird is a mail client, not a marketing mailer. If you want a marketing statistics you best use real marketing software. I usually suggest mailchimp as it is cheap and has a free level for small groups. But the internet is full of email marketing houses. Pick one.
