Is the Fullscreen option saved or do I have to re-enable it (using F11, fullscreen button in the bar)? If I have to re-enable it each time i open the browser, that would be a pain.

When Firefox closes, it remembers how the window(s) were and restores them that way.

The full screen and maximized state isn't stored in xulstore.json (only "sizemode":"normal") and you will have to re-enable full screen mode each time you start Firefox.
