2 days ago I was able to watch videos on web site, watch-free.is with no problems. yesterday and today I can't. on every video i get this message, 'hlsjs video file not found'. What happened and how can I fix this problem. Help, I was watching season 3 of the tv series, The Mentalist.

I can watch on CHrome and Edge but not Firefox, will someone please help me. By the way I'm a 67 year old and I am not computer smart. Thank you

I don't know why you can't on watch-series.is cause I'm on it on both Chrome and Edge right now.

I have no idea and don't understand, firewall and permission. What do you mean and how do I find out.

Let me give you a little more info. 1. Everything was fine watching my show on the site until that darn automatic upgrade. 2. Using Firefox I was able to watch Season 1-2 and up to season 3 episode 8 then the error message started. 3. Right now I can't watch anything from watch-series.is on firefox.

Can I refresh or restore firefox?
