Google search results take high CPU on mobile and even laptops firefox . I tried to disable all addons and all plugins and still having same results. It consuming too much of battery. To save the battery life I switched to chrome, waiting till mozilla or Google fix the problem.

I might first recommend to check out your Firefox Health Report to see if there are any other issues contributing to the issue. Sometimes when I clear my cache Firefox will speed up.
