The details of some of my emails have been deleted or modified
When I logged onto Thunderbird today, some of the emails which I have received over the past few days have had their contents deleted. Others just have long lists of data. Some are unaffected. Any ideas?

Sounds like folder corruption. Right click the folder and select Properties. Then Repair Folder.
Be prepared to lose some messages if the corruption is too bad.
