I have ads covering the entire page - popups and adware. McAfee has spent more than 5 hrs trying to delete them. No success. I followed your instructions. Useless. Stop allowing these or give us a fix that works. If not it;'s Chrome

I'm sorry you are having trouble. Mozilla and Firefox don't have pop-ups or ads, so what I'm wondering is if you have a malware infection (McAfee isn't very good at removing malware).
