I downloaded https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/disable-private-browsing/ this but several days later they again appeared... what should i do? or why did they appear?

Were you able to remove the Hello toolbar button by setting loop.enabled to false on the about:config page?

If this is only about hiding menu items then you can do this with code in userChrome.css

Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line. 

@namespace url("https://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

#menu_newPrivateWindow, #context-openlinkprivate { display:none!important; }

The customization files userChrome.css (user interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the Firefox profile folder.
