try to remove the extensions manually follow these instructions:
1. in Address Bar type: about:plugins 2. Each entry in the About Plugins page will have "File:" and "Path:", showing the name and location of the plugin file. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder shown for the plugin you want to remove.
3. Rename the file to add an X in front of the filename (example: npo1d becomes Xnpo1d).
the plugin will be removed.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

An extension by that name, but without the New, is on the Blocklist. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/i505 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=947741 - FYI only, don't post to that Bug report.
I am assuming that "your" extension is the same type of malicious garbage as the original.
Please provide a screenshot of the Add-ons Manager > Extensions tab with that extension showing.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
Another thing which might be helpful is a screenshot of that extension after hitting the More ... link for that extension. We need the GUID or email address for that extension to be able to file a Bug report to have that one added to the Blocklist.
Extensions that do not have a "Remove" button are installed by other software and are not under control of the Firefox extension manager.
Such globally installed extensions are usually found via a registry scan or are installed in a location that Firefox scans for installed extensions.
Extensions installed this way need to be removed via the settings (options/preferences) of the program that has added this extension or you need to uninstall this program via "Control Panel > Programs". In Firefox you an only disable such an extension. Otherwise you would have to remove the registry key that makes Firefox install this extension.
I checked about:plugins and only Facebook video call was there I renamed the dll but extention was still there. I don't think it's the corresponding extention
