I can not restore settings
Hellow. After I reinstall the operating system, I can not sync. I have no other device on which the saved settings. How do I restore the settings that would move them to a new synchronization?
Привет. После переустановки операционной системы, не могу синхронизироваться. У меня нет другого устройства на котором сохранены настройки. Как мне восстановить настройки, что бы перенести их на новую синхронизацию?

The only way to connect to a Sync account that uses the old Sync version is to install the (previous) Firefox 28 release. You need the Sync key used with that account and if you didn't backup the Sync key then your data is lost. Keep in mind that Sync wasn't and still isn't meant to be used as a backup device and best is always to backup your personal data manually yourself.

Благодарю за попытку. Мне необходимо получить настройки (особенно закладки) из СТАРОЙ версии СИНХРОНИЗАЦИИ firefox.
К сожалению, FEBE - не поможет :(
