when I try to go back a page on a spicific site, it won't allow it on firefox, I can on IE but seldom use it, why? I have made numerous changes to security and

when I try to go back a page on a spicific site, it won't allow it on firefox, I can on IE but seldom use it, why? I have made numerous changes to security and other settings but to no end. I can screen capture the event and send it to anyone, to see what is wrong. the capture says that the page expired and is no longer available and to resend it. however that happens immediately in time when trying to back up.
