The page isn't redirecting properly

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked (check the permissions on the about:permissions page).

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

ok i appreciate the reply buy could you make the instructions accurate in future, i was able to eventually fin because your instructions are not accurate i am not sure if i have done the right thing, but the problem is still there

i clicked orange button , then options, then options again from the menu, then privacy, you say click cookies tab , but there is no tab called this, i did find under history section , you may want to clear recent history or remove individual cookies so i clicked clear recent history and clicked everything remove and it works for now,,

thanks for your reply, i do however really appreciate the fast and speed of your reply, quick service is great and really important thanks so much
