For the past two weeks or so, I've been getting an error message every time I try to access my mom's credit card account. The website redirects me to a different page because it wants me to pick out five different security questions and answer them to make the account safer. After I do that and click the "Submit" button, I get the error page. It tells me that the page isn't redirecting properly, the server is redirecting in a way that will never complete, and that disabling or refusing to accept cookies can cause the problem. There's also a link on the security question page that is supposed to take me to a page that tells more about the security questions. If I click on it, I get the same error. Normally, I log on to our credit card account from www.orchardbank.com. It takes me to www.capitalonecardservice.com - and our account. The security question page is on www.hsbccreditcard.com. I've tried deleting cookies from these sites, deleting all cookies, clearing the cache, deleting the cookie files from my computer, and clearing the history of those sites. None of it has worked. I have my browser set to allow cookies, and I don't have any that are blocked. Does anybody know of anything else I can try?
