I get the Corrupted content Error loading a page on my local server but it works in Chrome and IE (and Firefox before version 7) When I saved the page as a file(Chrome), I could load that file in Frefox.

You usually get such an error if there are multiple location redirects send via the HTTP response headers. Firefox doesn't allow that for security reasons.
