When using "Save as" with different profiles the location stays with the last one used.
I have different profiles for Firefox. Which is one of the reasons I like it better than IE. But if I save a file while using Profile1 and then close it down and start Firefox with Profile2 and I go to save a file when the Save As comes up it is the folder that I last used in Profile1. And of course vice versa. I'd like Firefox to also remember the "Save as" locations with the profile.

Such a choice amde in the file picker is stored by Windows in a MRU key in the Windows registry (Windows saves a lot of such data).
You will have to remove the MRU keys from the registry to reset that data.
Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32
Delete the subkeys: LastVisitedMRU and OpenSaveMRU
